When a customer purchases a cartoon, the only details stored on this website are their name, a personal login ID (of our creation) and a password (of our creation). The password details are stored using a one-way encryption mechanism so are not readable and cannot be decrypted. The personal login details is emailed to the customer.
As with all web servers, our site keeps logs of visitors in order to help us diagnose any problems, monitor security and measure the effectiveness of promotional material.
For users who have a login account with us to download files, a session cookie (PHPSESSID) is stored in order for the server to securely know the user has logged in. It is only set if a user successfully logs in and the maximum time this session is kept open is 24 hours. This cookie must be allowed or you will not be able to log into the web site.
